Can a removed inkjet transfer paper be ironed on again?

Hey guys,
I ironed a design onto my shirt with transfer paper but it came out with the white background so I want to remove it to cut the white background out and only leaving the design. If I removed the transfer paper am i able to re iron it back onto the shirt and having it stick like before?

Inkjets Feedback: No and No. You cannot use it again and you cannot remove it.
