What is the best photo printer that comes with a scanner?

Can you answer B-More G’s question about Inkjets?:
I need to get a photo printer that can print near lab quality if not better that also comes with a scanner and maybe a copier tho its not needed. I would like it to be under $225. Also what is the best photo printer under $150.00? Your help is greatly appriciated:)

Inkjets Feedback: I personally like Canon printers. I have a Canon printer-scanner-copier for normal printing and if I want to print a photo off I use photo quality paper and go into settings and change from “normal” to “high quality” using standard ink and cannot fault the photo quality.
