What quality photo printer would you suggest?

Can you answer isassy16’s question about Inkjets?:

Needs to be under $100, ink usage low to normal, replacement cartridges not too expensive (more than the printer?), ink cartridges should be seperate not in a common tank (one runs low, you have to replace all of them) and of course make good to great photo prints. Any suggestions or links to quality sites. The suggestions I find are always to expensive printers. Please advise!
